Nicolás Durán Marambio
Associate
Associate attorney of Fleischmann & Román since 2022. He is part of the firm’s
litigation and arbitration team.
Before joining Fleischmann & Román, Nicolás worked as an associate attorney at
Urzúa Abogados in the litigation, arbitration and projects team (2019-2022), as a
legal assistant to the litigation and arbitrarion team at CMS Carey & Allende
(2018), and as a processing assistant at the Constitutional Court (2017).
His practice focuses mainly on complex litigation and arbitration in contractual,
construction, administrative and environmental matters, among others.
Nicolás is a lawyer from the University of Chile, graduated with highest distinction
(2021), and a teacher assistant in Procedural Law at the same University (2020 to
date). Also, he has a diploma in Enviromental Law and Sustainable Development
at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2022).
