His professional practice has been focused on Civil, Administrative and Regulatory Law, especially on administrative procurement, providing legal advice to public institutions and private companies on public works contracts and public works concession agreements.
He has over 8 years of experience advising the Coordination of Public Works Concessions of the Ministry of Public Works, regarding dispute resolution in public works concession agreements.
Lawyer from Universidad de Chile, where he graduated with honors in 2001.
He is an LLM graduate with a minor in Regulatory Law, from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated with honors in 2014.
He has a diploma in Economic Administrative Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated with honors, and he attended a “Coaching and Negotiation” course given by the Center on Negotiation and Mediation at the same university, which he approved with the highest grade.
He has also taught, the courses of Administrative Law and Constitutional Law of the Administration Faculty of UNIACC (2015-2016) and in the Specialization course in Construction Law of the University of Los Andes (2017).
