Associate lawyer at Fleischmann & Román Abogados since 2024. She is part of the firm's litigation team.

Previously she worked as an associate lawyer in the area of Tax Compliance, Tax Legal Consulting and Litigation at Porte & Canales Abogados y Consultores (2022-2024). Previously, she served as Attorney in the Litigation area at the law firms Moraga & Compañía (2021-2022) and Sáez y Fernández Abogados (2018-2019).

Throughout her career she has worked mainly as a litigator in areas such as Labor, Tax, Criminal and Civil, providing corporate and tax advice to provide comprehensive solutions to the clients.

Ana is a lawyer from the University of Chile (2022), and an assistant at the Legal Clinic of Labor Procedural Law of the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2021- Present).
