Felipe Zamorano Díaz
Associates
Associate attorney of Fleischmann & Román Abogados since 2023. He is part of
the Dispute Resolution team of the firm.
In 2015, he took part in a summer internship in the litigation team of Bofill, Mir &
Álvarez Jana Abogados.
Previously he worked as an associate attorney at Ugarte, Hernández & García
Abogados (2017-2023).
Throughout his career, his practice has been focused mainly on high complexity
litigation and arbitration proceedings, on diverse areas of Law, before Ordinary
Courts, Superior Justice Courts and Arbitration Tribunals. In this context, he has
specialized on contractual issues and dispute resolution civil, commercial and
construction matters, among others.
Felipe is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he was
teacher assistant in the History of Law and Commercial Law departments.
In 2019, he got a diploma in “Current problems in Civil Liability Law” from the
Universidad de Chile, where he approved with the highest grade and, in 2021, he
got a diploma in “Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Law” from the Master in Law of the
Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated with honors.
In addition, he has worked as an assistant teacher in the course ‘Reorganisation
and liquidation of the company in crisis’, which is part of the MASTER IN LAW of the
Pontifica Universidad Católica de Chile.
