From 2017 to 2021, he worked in the litigation and arbitration practice group at the law firm Bofill Escobar Silva.
His experience includes advising clients on complex disputes across various practice areas and jurisdictions, covering matters such as contracts, torts, labor rights, public and private construction projects, consumer protection, and violations of fundamental rights. In each instance, he has been involved in devising and implementing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the case.
He holds a law degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2018) and a Master’s degree in Commercial Arbitration and Mediation from the University of Salamanca, Spain (2025).
Additionally, he holds a postgraduate certificate in Tort Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (2020) and has completed specialized courses in arbitration at the Universidad de los Andes (2020) and in construction contracts at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (2021).
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Chile A.G.).
