Associate attorney of Fleischmann & Román since 2025. He is part of the firm's litigation and arbitration team.

Before joining Fleischmann & Román, Horacio worked as an associate attorney at Baker McKenzie in the litigation and arbitration team (2023-2025). Prior to that, he was an intern in both the National Economic Prosecutor's Office ("Fiscalía Nacional Económica") and at the Council of State Defense ("Consejo de Defensa del Estado"). He also worked as a paralegal in dispute and corporate matters, in two leading firms in Chile.

His practice focuses mainly on litigation and arbitration in contractual, construction and administrative matters.

Horacio is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Chile, graduated in (2022). Horacio was a teaching assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School in History of Law (2019 to 2021); and Administrative Law (2021 to 2023). In addition, he is currently assistant teacher in the Economic Law Course (since 2021) and Procedural Law (since 2022).

Also, he has a diploma in Procedural Law and Litigation at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2024).
